The exorcism at Haron’s busy faith healing clinic on the outskirts of the Malaysian capital lasted for about a minute. The woman slammed her fists repeatedly on her lap and finally wept in submission.
A lecturer here has called on the government to enact what he calls a Sorcery Criminal Act to deal with such practice in the country.
Ikip International College law lecturer Mahyuddin Ismail said the legislation would give the authorities the powers to act on such practice.
“Not only in Malaysia, other countries are also facing problems concerning sorcery but there are no solutions in terms of the law.
“Sorcery crimes can be proven in syariah as well as in civil court,” he said in his working paper at a seminar on sorcery here today.
Shadowtrails’ “Frasers Hill Haunts” is part of this series!
This was a pretty good watch. Not as good as the original, but an above average vampire movie (no sparkling ones) and the first half was true to the comic.
The synopsis:
It’s been almost a year since the Alaskan town of Barrow’s population was decimated by vampires during its annual month-long sunset. Riddled with grief over the death of her husband, bound by nightmares and void of all emotions beyond hate and sorrow, Stella (Kiele Sanchez) has spent the past months traveling the world, trying to convince others that vampires exist. Met with skepticism and laughter, Stella is ready to throw in the towel when a group of lost souls (Rhys Coiro, Diora Baird and Harrold Perrineau) offers an incredible opportunity: the chance to exact revenge upon Lilith (Mia Kirshner), the vampire queen responsible for the assault on Stella’s sleepy Alaskan town. With nothing remaining to live for, and nothing left to fear, Stella joins their mission and ventures into the uncharted underbelly of Los Angeles where she pushes herself to the most extreme limits to stop the evil from striking again.
No wonder it wrote a ghostie book about it!
This time, Shadowtrails really did meet a ghost in the hotel!

Looks interesting. The girl’s in a wheelchair!
Was pretty cool, but they needed to prolong the prison scene and more suspense scenes please, with less false scares!
